At Crooked Creek Custom Creations, no two projects (or people) are the same—which is exactly how we like it. Whether you’re ordering custom signage, engraved swag, a full brand kit, or something weird you just made up five minutes ago, we’re here to make the process smooth, simple, and maybe even fun.
Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most—along with some we wish people asked before emailing us at 2am. If you don’t see what you need, don’t stress—just holler. We love a good curveball.
What kind of custom items do you make?
Logos, shirts, signs, coasters, magnets, branding kits, wedding goods, and a few things that didn’t exist before someone asked for them. If it can be engraved, printed, or turned into merch—we probably do it. If you’re unsure, ask anyway.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes! We handle bulk like pros—events, fundraisers, branded giveaways, you name it. Whether you need 10 signs or 250 coasters, we scale with style.
I have a vague idea. Can you still help?
Absolutely. We specialize in “I don’t know, but maybe something like this?”
Napkin sketch? Screenshot? Frantic 2am voice memo? We translate chaos into custom.
Do you require payment upfront?
Yes. All projects must be paid in full before production begins. No exceptions. It keeps things smooth, materials stocked, and deadlines met.
Do you make websites?
Yep! Our Full Current Package includes a 1–3 page starter site with basic SEO, branded email setup, and Google Business support.
Hosting and domain fees are handed off to you after setup, but we’ll walk you through it.
Can I see a proof before you make it?
Yes—for custom orders, we always send you a layout proof or concept preview before we press a button or fire up the laser. For ready-to-order items, no proof needed (because they’re, well, ready).
Do you ship?
We sure do. We offer shipping within the U.S. and local pickup in Bartlett, TN. Shipping costs will be added to your quote or checkout.
What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Because most of our work is custom, we don’t offer refunds once production has started. If something’s off with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. We're not monsters.
Do you work with nonprofits, schools, or fundraisers?
Yes, and we love to. Ask us about special pricing or bundled kits for your campaign or event. We’re big fans of making cool stuff for good causes.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Bartlett, Tennessee, but we ship everywhere in the U.S.
Our creative roots run deep in West Virginia though—hence the “Crooked Creek.”
